About Troop CA-1011
Troop CA-1011 began in 2014 and is an interdenominational troop. Our troop is chartered by Chinese Immanuel Church in Sacramento, California.
Our troop seeks to minister to boys and young men ages 5 - 17 by teaching them, in the context of outdoor adventure, about character and leadership from a Christian worldview. We reinforce values based upon the truths outlined in the Bible, the holy and inerrant Word of God.
Our Troop Number
Trail Life USA allows troops to select their troop numbers. Each troop's number is prefixed by its two letter state abbreviation (CA, in our case). Our troop number, 1011, was selected from scripture and is a reference to the Gospel of John.

As we experience adventure together, we work to mold the next generation of boys into men that will lay down their lives for others, stand firm in their faith, and live a life worthy of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
